The Chamber of Medford & Jackson County is on the lookout for a dynamic and exceptionally skilled professional to take on the role of Membership & Development Director. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this pivotal position will spearhead efforts to advance The Chamber’s mission by driving membership growth, enhancing member engagement, and creating innovative revenue development initiatives.

This role encompasses significant responsibilities, including the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed at membership recruitment, retention, sponsorship sales, advertising, and other revenue objectives. The Director will serve as an ambassador for The Chamber within the community, cultivating strong relationships with members and community leaders, while ensuring that our organization consistently delivers tangible value to its membership.
